From the very beginning of each project, a CENTRIA International technical design team member is assigned to work closely with the architect to understand the project's performance and aesthetic requirements in order to help determine the ideal products, colors, and finishing details to make the project a success. During the Concept Design process, our designer helps review and make recommendations for the most suitable panels and cost-effective modules; they select the ideal panel thicknesses and space between subframes; they calculate the supporting system load; and offer guidance based on CENTRIA International’s advanced technology for watertightness, airtightness, joint treatment, interchangeable reveals, edge finishing, and on our wide range of surface finishes for aesthetics and durability.

Unlike other brands in China, we provide Detailed Design support and Shop Drawings for panel installation. We are renowned for ensuring the longstanding appearance and performance of our projects by focusing on quality – down to the details. Where other manufacturers skimp by placing common trim pieces around doors and windows (creating the potential for future leaks and stains) and only offer “off the rack” panel designs, our technical design team uses advanced techniques to create a flush finish, matching the lines of panels with the lines of windows and doors to make the edges flush to the walls. While this can result in extra design work for our team, we are happy to do so to create the perfect finish for a project and to eliminate the possibility of unsightly water marks in the future.

At CENTRIA International, we are committed to making your project a success long after your panels are shipped to the Jobsite. Unlike other local manufacturers in China, we provide the consulting service of our expert on-site Engineering Managers throughout the duration of the project's construction to ensure precise installation, and we provide training for installers and GCs on the critical aspects of installing perfectly finished walls and roofs. In the past, this has led to significant advantages for both General Contractors and project owners as we have found many opportunities to expedite installation and save cost. Additionally, by being on-site, our attentive Engineering Managers help ensure the care of the panels – such as when we created a custom lifting fixture to support the installation of our jumbo curved panels. In a nutshell, our motto for installation is "Panel Perfection."

For many projects, in advance of the construction process, we create preliminary panels and give the Owner, Architect, and General Contractor the opportunity to see a full-sized, actual sample of their panels installed on the demonstration wall at our factory. We are delighted to do this not only to inspire our clients, but also because our projects often include bespoke designs created just for them so they can see their visions in real life before their project even begins. Additionally, if required, this allows us to train their project installers before the actual construction commences, ensuring accurate installation, which we further support with our detailed installation guidebooks.
