CENTRIA International can trace its roots all the way back to 1906 in the United States. Nearly 100 years after its founding, CENTRIA USA established CENTRIA International in Shanghai in 2002. In 2008, CENTRIA USA built the CENTRIA International factory in Shanghai with a full range of imported, US-made equipment in order to produce high-performance building materials and serve the construction market outside of North America.

In 2018, CENTRIA USA made the strategic decision to focus on the North American market, and CENTRIA International became independently owned by investors interested in continuing to serve the international market with the same award-winning products that allow architects and building owners to inspire their occupants and the communities they serve.

Today, CENTRIA International is the premier foreign-owned manufacturer of Insulated Metal Panels, Single-Skin Metal Panels, Roof Systems, and Louvers in China.

Our headquarters office is located in the heart of Shanghai, just one block from the renowned landmark ‘Bund’, a symbol of the city that features historical, colonial-era buildings as well as a walking promenade along the Huangpu River, which divides Shanghai into its two halves, Pudong and Puxi. The office is located on the third floor of a heritage building constructed in 1903.
