DSR-HG: Fire-Resistant Interior Partition Wall System
Our DSR-HG panels deliver outstanding performance with extreme fire resistance and soundproofing advantages. They are an ideal choice for interior partition walls or ceilings for industrial factories, commercial and public buildings, and athletic facilities. These composite wall system panels consist of two layers of metal permanently hot-pressed onto a fire-resistant mineral wool and gypsum core. The panels feature a double-tongue-and-groove side joint, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation, creating flexibility for designers.

Technical advantages:

•Our DSR-HG panels are an excellent choice when fire resistance and acoustics are a priority; •Our innovative "H hook" joint produces high-strength panels that make purlin-free, extended-length wall systems possible, reducing steel usage and creating a clean finish;

•Continuous mineral wool at panel joints provides optimal insulation and the DSR-H design allows the panels to achieve qualified fire ratings for walls and roofs;

•Panels can be installed horizontally or vertically;

•Because our panels are produced using a hot-pressing technique, our panel surfaces have a high degree of flatness without the waviness and track indentation found on panels fabricated on continuous manufacturing lines; •Our adhesive application and static hot-pressing processes ensure consistent, strong bonding.
