Our Industrial Series BR5-36 exposed fastener panels offer fantastic flexibility – and virtually unlimited design possibilities – and can be used as exterior or interior walls, roofs, or soffits. Their versatility, ease of installation, and excellent negative wind load properties make these panels an ideal option for both new construction and retrofit projects. The sturdy panels have 914mm coverage and uniformly spaced ribs at 183mm. BR5-36 can be used as an exterior panel in combination with an interior liner panel and subgirt to form a field-insulated wall or roof system. It can also be used interchangeably with our HR5-36 panels for additional design interest. With two different profiles and a wide variety of colors and finishes from which to choose, these panels add pizzazz and performance to projects.

Technical advantages:

•Extremely versatile panels can be used as exterior or interior walls, roofs, and soffits and may be used with an insulated liner panel for thermal protection; •Wall systems can be installed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally; •Our proprietary seamless corner design and manufacturing technology provide a flawless finish without unsightly fasteners. Additionally, the corners are made of the same material as the adjacent panels for a perfect match; •Our innovative manufacturing process allows BR5-36 to be fabricated as perforated screen walls giving projects an airy aesthetic and providing a distinctive way to blend industrial and other applications with their surroundings. Patterns can be staggered or reversed, with an open/free area percentage ranging from 10% – 40% and a diameter from 3.2mm – 9.5mm; •Super section strength with a maximum thickness of up to 1.2mm; •Tremendous negative wind load properties for large span requirements; •All-weather installation capability minimizes delays and permits fast-track scheduling.
