Aluminum Honeycomb Panels: Interior and Exterior Honeycomb Composite Panels
Known colloquially as our "Honeycomb" product due to its intricate design, our Aluminum Honeycomb Composite Panels (AHCP) deliver outstanding performance with extreme fire-resistance and soundproofing advantages plus a superior finish due to their enormous size capacity and extreme flatness. Honeycomb panels are widely used for the exterior facades and interiors of hospitals, sports stadiums, public and office buildings, and industrial factories. The inner and outer metal panel substrates are combined with an aluminum alloy honeycomb-shaped core by a static hot-pressing process to ensure consistent, strong bonding. Customized widths, lengths, thicknesses, and joints are available to support a wide range of requirements for fire resistance. For projects that require high-performance and a flashy finish, our clients make a “buzz” about our Honeycomb panels.

Technical advantages:

•AHCP panels can be installed horizontally or vertically;

•As the panels are sealed on all four sides, any panel in a wall system can be flexibly removed or replaced, if necessary;

•Because the panels are produced using a hot-pressing technique, the panel surfaces have a high degree of flatness without the waviness and track indentation found on panels fabricated on continuous manufacturing lines;

•The adhesive application and static hot-pressing processes ensure consistent, strong bonding;

•Durable and protective against extreme weather conditions, including high-strength pressure and shear force;

•Specially designed fasteners connect the panel and subframe flexibly to adapt to the expansion and contraction of temperature changes, keeping the panel flat and the system stable. The edges of the panel are installed onto the subframe to ensure building safety and service life;

•Lightweight panels are easy to transport and install;

•Maintenance-free and easy to clean.
