DSR-M: Quick-Change Panel System
Our DSR-M panels are unique as they feature built-in aluminum extrusions on all four sides, allowing any of the panels in a wall system to be flexibly removed or replaced if needed. DSR-M panels are primarily used in exterior wall applications for commercial and public buildings as well as for industrial manufacturing plants. This composite panel consists of two layers of metal permanently hot-pressed onto a fire-resistant mineral wool core. Panels can be installed horizontally or vertically and can be customized to meet different length, width, thickness, and joint requirements.

Technical advantages:

•Our innovative "M hook" joint features an interlocking, built-in, high-strength extrusion around the panel, allowing for seamless integration with windows and doors; •The unique design allows for the ability to remove/replace any panel in the wall system as needed; •Concealed fastening clips and screws create a smooth appearance; •The non-perforated panel surface adherence method ensures the wall system's free thermal displacement; •Continuous mineral wool at panel joints provides optimal insulation and fireproofing; •The return face on panel ends creates a 100% dry seal without silicone; •Because our panels are produced using a hot-pressing technique, our panel surfaces have a high degree of flatness without the waviness and track indentation found on panels fabricated on continuous manufacturing lines; •Our adhesive application and static hot-pressing processes ensure consistent, strong bonding.
