DSR-H: Industrial Panel System
Purlin-free wall systems with large spans are made possible by our innovative DSR-H panels. The double-tongue-and-groove joint of the DSR-H increases the overall strength of the panels, allowing for extended, high-strength wall systems that reduce steel consumption and feature a flawless facade finish. These panels are also ideal for projects with specialty fire requirements as they can achieve fire ratings of one, two, three, and four hours based on the insulation thickness. These panels are suitable for exterior walls, interior partitions, and ceilings in commercial and public buildings and industrial facilities. The composite panels consist of two layers of metal permanently hot-pressed onto a fire-resistant mineral wool core, and they feature a double-tongue-and-groove side joint that allows for both horizontal and vertical installation.
