DSR-H: Industrial Panel System
Purlin-free wall systems with large spans are made possible by our innovative DSR-H panels. The double-tongue-and-groove joint of the DSR-H increases the overall strength of the panels, allowing for extended, high-strength wall systems that reduce steel consumption and feature a flawless facade finish. These panels are also ideal for projects with specialty fire requirements as they can achieve fire ratings of one, two, three, and four hours based on the insulation thickness. These panels are suitable for exterior walls, interior partitions, and ceilings in commercial and public buildings and industrial facilities. The composite panels consist of two layers of metal permanently hot-pressed onto a fire-resistant mineral wool core, and they feature a double-tongue-and-groove side joint that allows for both horizontal and vertical installation.

Technical advantages:

•Our innovative "H hook" joint produces high-strength panels that make purlin-free, extended-length wall systems possible, reducing steel usage and creating a clean finish; •Continuous mineral wool at panel joints provides optimal insulation and the DSR-H design allows the panels to achieve qualified fire ratings for walls; •Panels can be installed horizontally or vertically; •Because our panels are produced using a hot-pressing technique, our panel surfaces have a high degree of flatness without the waviness and track indentation found on panels fabricated on continuous manufacturing lines; •Our adhesive application and static hot-pressing processes ensure consistent, strong bonding.
